You may only resell The MIL-X2 Smoke Grenade, MIL-X3 Flashbang and Flash 3 to the following individuals:

·Active military personnel - (Active CAC or equivalent active military ID. Rank requirement: E4 or above. Not retired)
Law enforcement personnel - (Law Enforcement Badge/ Fire Dept Badge – Not retired)
Government agency affiliated personnel - (FBI, ATF, NSA or equivalent agency badge or Federal Explosives License)
Individuals possessing an active Pyrotechnics license - (Active State issued pyrotechnics permit or license)
Private Security or Training Organizations that carry Special Licensure
